Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.

Psalms 37:8

James 1:19-20 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: ²⁰For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.

Anger does not help in any situation. Do not fret, or worry, yourself into doing something rash, evil.
