Narcissism biblically would come under scorn, a scorner, at least in the KJV. Narcissist hold themselves above others, hold others in contempt, etc. They are the cause of much strife.
They refuse correction:
Proverbs 9:8 Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee: rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee.
Proverbs 15:12 A scorner loveth not one that reproveth him: neither will he go unto the wise.
They are proud and arrogant:
Proverbs 21:24 Proud and haughty scorner is his name, who dealeth in proud wrath.
Separate yourself from them and you will have a much more peaceful life:
Proverbs 22:10 Cast out the scorner, and contention shall go out; yea, strife and reproach shall cease.
The Pharisees would fit the bill nicely with there contempt for others.
Luke 5:30 But their scribes and Pharisees murmured against his disciples, saying, Why do ye eat and drink with publicans and sinners?
