The first call as Christians is to be a living sacrifice unto the Lord, and it is called our reasonable service.

Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

This is a call, a plead, to all the saved to give their lives to the service of the gospel of Jesus Christ, to sacrifice our lives to save others.

Romans 6:12-13 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. 13Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

We are all called to be witnesses of the saving grace of God. If we will do so, and God can count on you doing so, then you might be called for a specific reason or ministering.

This call might be as simple as putting you in the right place and the right time to run into someone he has been dealing with and for you to witness to him some more. It could also be a call to a great missionary undertaking, or any where in between.

If you learn to hear God’s voice and obey it, you will be called again and again.
